Dear SIr, Hi! I am really interested in buying this product. Could you please give the answer to the questions regarding your product: a) Is there a starter refill kit for Laserjet 1010? I wasnt able to find the 1010 in the list of HP products with available refill kit. If there is, cOuld you please list the products. b) How much would shipping to the Philippines cost? c) What are your payment options? Do you accept international credit cards?
